I’m a growth marketer, digital strategist, entrepreneur and brand builder who loves fresh ideas, ambitious challenges, fast-paced startups and energizing conversations.
My Journey
A used-to-be corporate marketer, I quickly realized a fast-paced, growing startup where my efforts could truly move the needle was more my style. That and the web & digital was the only future I could see.
I turned into a digital marketer with an entrepreneurial spirit eager to fail fast and learn as much as I could and joined a young technology startup called Unbounce as an early employee and the second marketer.
Since then I went from scrappy startup marketer to passionate, scale-up leader, heading up global markets, partnerships, and events. I hired and built a team of nine marketers and helped the company grow revenue from $1M to $20M in ARR in 5 years without any major funding.
I’m the founder of Call To Action Conference, an industry-leading marketing conference helping marketers become better at what they do. I shaped Unbounce’s global growth strategy, hired the first three global hires and helped set the stage to open our office in Berlin. My team and I forged partnerships with companies such as Wistia, LinkedIn, Adroll, Google, Hubspot, Zapier and a ton more.
Most recently, I am the Co-Founder of Shine, a professional speaker accelerator for women.

Outside of my work life
because I do have a life. And I’m all about ‘work hard, play hard.’
I am a ski bum & outdoor adventurist.
Fact: My dad has skied over 5,000 days and I am trying to chase him down. Born in Colorado and living in British Columbia, I feel the most alive in the mountains – skiing, hiking and adventuring. And most recently, I have dabbled in road biking and triathlons.
I love traveling! And am fascinated by language and culture.
I was raised bi-lingual by German parents and spent countless summers throughout my Childhood in Southern Germany. I studied in Brive-la-Gaillarde, France and Istanbul, Turkey. I speak German and French. I’ve traveled to 25 countries and most recently explored Nepal, India and Sri Lanka. Check out my photos on Instagram and my travel videos from Colombia and Guatemala.
